A spiritual retreat dedicated to love
This retreat is dedicated to you, dear soul. That you might shine again and find the power in yourself.
Sometimes, when we feel lost (relationships, love, work, etc.) we tend to change or adjust the outside world without paying attention to our inner world. After a few of attempts we get tired, we start to doubt ourselves, we give up on our wishes and needs, leaving a heaviness in our heart, in our body, in our life.
Everything starts and begins within us, from our heart, the pachamama of our soul. When we start turning on that light, we align ourselves again with the vibrations of the universe, which are always there for us. For this healing process we need time, introspection and a holistic approach. In this retreat you will have this chance. We will heal pachamama in our heart by connecting with nature, especially with the healing energies of the sea.
With the energies of May, the month of love, of life, of creation, I invite you to dive into the waters of your soul to heal the wounds that block the lightness within you and the flow of your life on an emotional and energetic level.
There will be days of transformation with spiritual practices to connect with your soul, with your intuition, with your true nature and with the energies of Aphrodite, the goddess of love who watches over this island.

How the retreat will be organized:
Value of the whole package:
990 chf per person in shared room / 1130 chf per person in single room.
Excluded: drinks, transfers, tickets, activities etc.
Program:
We start the retreat on Thursday evening with a dinner around 7.00 pm. In the morning there will always be a meditation (in the hall, on the terrace or by the sea) and a yoga practice. In the afternoon we will have various group activities (list what awaits you). We will be outdoors often. Morning program from 8.00-10.00 and afternoon from 16.00-18.00. (times may change). Individual sessions will take place throughout the day. Sunday afternoon is free.
Location:
We will stay at the Aphrodite Beach Hotel, a small family-run seaside hotel, located 500 m from the most beautiful and serene place in Cyprus, the Akamas Peninsula National Park, in North West Cyprus. The hotel is approximately 40 kms from Paphos, 5 kms from Latchi and 2 hours from Larnaka airport. An ideal place for those looking for a warm and peaceful nest. The surrounding nature is an important part of the guests' well-being, as it is very pure. It is a place of strength, where the clear turquoise sea meets the strong energy of the hills and rocks of the Akamas National Park. An ideal place to retreat, connect with nature and pamper the soul.
How to get there:
From Basel and Milano Malpensa: Easy Jet and Cyprus Airways to Larnaka.
From Zurich there are various flights.
From Milano Bergamo there is a flight to Paphos, which is 1 hour from the hotel.
Larnaka is about 2 hours from the hotel.
Taxies are available from the hotel. 170 euro from and to Larnaka, 70 euro from and to Paphos.
Other option is to rent a car for the whole stay.
After you booked the retreat I give you the contact from the hotel to arrange the Taxi.
For the flights, you can have a look on Skyscanner of Kayak to find the best option.
You can also arrive 1-2 days before at the hotel. The cost is 60 euros per night per person in a shared room with dinner or 86 euro per night per person in single room with dinner.

Terms and conditions
The retreat will take place with a minimum of 6 participants and a maximum of 10.
The reservation is definitive only after the deposit of 300 CHF has been paid. In case of cancellation up to 35 days before the retreat, the deposit will be retained. After the 35 days have expired, the total cost of the retreat will be paid by the participant and can only be refunded if the space can be filled by someone else (participant's responsibility to find a substitute). In case of abandonment/cancellattion during the course, there is no right to a reduction or refund. This also valid to illness (Covid included). I highly recommend travel insurance/cancellation insurance.
Should the retreat be canceled for any reason, the retreat fee will be refunded by Maria Grazia excluded the travel expenses, such as flight ticket, car rental etc. Travel expenses, are the responsibility of the participant in any case. I recommend a travel insurance.
